My items were held by customs until payment for taxes was paid and this was a straightforward process with parcelforce. My items arrived well packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Nul. Aucun contact pour informer la non dispo de pièces et pas de délais. Et en plus une des deux pièces disponibles dispo je vous ai informé que je ne la voulais pas. Mais reçu quand même. Mon prochain achat ne ce portera pas sur cette marque.

Dan müsst Ihr auch nicht Rückzahlungen machen, gibt mehraufwand Buchhaltung. Die Ersatzteile die nicht lieferbar wahren, bekomme ich eine Meldung wenn sie wieder verfügbar sind? Oder schreiben sie mich an wenn sie wieder bei euch am Lager sind? Die Lieferung kam in 18 Tagen bei mir an. Alles OK Danke für die schnellen Versand. Gruss TEC-RACE C.Weilenmann
