The website is extremely comprehensive and easy to use. Queries to emails regarding items are timely and clear. My items were held by customs until payment for taxes was paid and this was a straightforward process with parcelforce. My items arrived well packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Thank you to all for your help with supplying the parts I required.
